The Oceanography Society (TOS) would like to congratulate Professor Jack Barth of the Oregon State University on being selected as the newest TOS Fellow. The citation on Dr. Barth's certificate recognizes his contributions and sustained leadership in all aspects of continental shelf oceanography, and for his commitment to community service. Dr. Barth will be formally recognized during the Ocean Sciences Meeting, February 23 - 28, 2014 in Honolulu, Hawaii.

The TOS Fellows program recognizes individuals who have attained eminence in oceanography through their outstanding contributions to the field of oceanography or its applications during a substantial period of years.
